'Les Montmains' Chablis AOC Premier Cru Domaine Laroche 2022

Chablis Les Montmains Premier Cru is a white wine signed by the Domaine Laroche winery, an important Burgundy company. This intense and structured white wine is obtained from the vinification of Chardonnay grapes only, in the Chablis area, the world quality reference point for chardonnay. After a careful and accurate harvest, preceded by a rigorous manual selection, the must is fermented, according to the Burgundian tradition, inside wooden vats. The fermentation phase is followed by the refinement period, which for this white wine takes place inside steel vats which are kept at a controlled temperature. This makes it possible to obtain a wine that is very faithful to the primary scents of the grape, able to tell all the characteristics of Chardonnay, as it is grown in the appellation. Chablis Les Montmains Premier Cru is excellent to drink when young, but shows excellent aging potential if left to evolve in the cellar.
