- It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
Alsace, land of great whites, also of remarkable longevity. Gewurztraminer by Joseph Gruss is a rich and soft white, with a variegated aromatic range of undergrowth and spices, which blend harmoniously in an unmistakable fragrance. At sight, it shows the typical straw yellow color with golden hues. In the mouth, it is tasty, with hints of fruit that make it soft, spicy and with a strong structure that leaves a long persistence on the palate. It is a wine that is well suited to accompany fatty and intense dishes such as goose liver pate or preparations of oriental cuisine, flavored with ginger, rice-based dishes, very hot and spicy meats and vegetables. It can easily be refined in the bottle for a few years.
