This French red wine Bourgogne Pinot Noir Maison Dieu Domaine de Bellene represents well the terroir from which it comes. An exceptional land, that of Bourgogne, where the Pinot Noir grapes are grown, from which the finest reds in the world come. The Domaine de Bellene, a winery founded by the young Nicolas Potel, bought a few hectares of ancient local vineyards in 2005. In the plots near the village of Beaune, Pinot Noir vines are grown, planted almost 70 years ago. Here the soil is rich, clayey and calcareous, with good sun exposure and a temperate climate ideal for viticulture. The bunches are selected and processed in such a way as to give this Bourgogne Pinot Noir Maison Dieu Domaine de Bellene all their aroma of red fruits and a sensory complexity of rare elegance. Fermentation takes place at high temperatures, with daily tastings in steel tanks. Aging for over a year in wooden barrels. Finesse and elegance, as befits purebred Pinot Noirs, without neglecting structure and gustatory intensity, superior level prerogatives.
