Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

Unusual blend for this excellent sparkling wine from the small producer Loriot who dedicates body and soul above all to enhancing Pinot Meunier. And in fact we find 70% meunier and 30% chardonnay. The Champagne Sec "Marie Léopold" takes its name from Michel's grandfather, the first vigneron to install, in 1903, a press in the village of Festigny. Deliberately in line with the products of the time, with a high residual sugar, it is a Champagne produced with grapes of rare quality, aged for at least 36 months on the lees. Another peculiarity of this winemaker lies in the fact that Michel is firmly convinced that classical music, in the vineyard and in the cellar, can positively condition the grapes and the wine and therefore, for this reason, delicious melodies accompany all the various stages of production, from the vineyard to the cellar. These are mostly great classics by Beethoven, Mozart, Brahms, Mahler and Vivaldi, carefully chosen by Michel and appropriately matched to the various situations and various labels. Soft, round, rich and pleasantly balanced in aromas, almost "sweet" it immediately boasts a perfect harmony between the fruity component and freshness. Very fine and elegant perlage. Absolutely to try at the end of the meal.
