Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

Marius Blanc Pays d'Oc PGI is a product of the Chapoutier Michel winery, famous in the French wine scene and based on the principles of biodynamic agriculture. The cult of the terroir, the search for quality and respect for environmental sustainability represent the cornerstones of the company: the latter, among other things, is located in an area particularly favorable to the cultivation of vines, by virtue of the peculiar calcareous composition of the soil . The vines used to make Marius Blanc Pays d'Oc PGI are Vermentino and Terret. The first is known and used all over the world, the second is typical of France and is considered almost a rarity nowadays. The care that the cellar staff demonstrates towards each single bunch of grapes makes the wines of Chapoutier Michel immediately recognizable, firmly linked to their land of origin. Marius Blanc Pays d'Oc PGI, left to ferment in stainless steel containers, is a white with medium structure and a balanced body, characterized by a unique freshness of its kind. Ethereal, delicate aromas, great drinkability, good gustatory intensity. A wine that does not go unnoticed.
