A real treat is this Nanuci, produced with only Nocera grapes, an autochthonous vine of the Etna area, almost never vinified alone. After a strictly manual harvest and a long maceration, it is aged in wooden barrels for about 18 months. Another 6 months of aging in the bottle to give balance and elegance. Intense ruby red, it has elegant aromas of red flowers and pink fruits. On the palate it is broad, intense, structured, with evidence of the very pleasant sweet tannins. Intriguing.
