'Onde Di Sole' Grillo Terre Siciliane IGT Hibiscus 2022

Onde Di Sole Grillo Terre Siciliane IGT is a white wine with intense mineral aromas, which represents a tribute to the island territory of the Hibiscus winery. It is obtained from the vinification of only Grillo grapes, a much appreciated native variety. The plots are located close to the sea that surrounds the island of Ustica and enjoy the beneficial effects of the breezes, the Mediterranean climate and the volcanic soils. When they are perfectly ripe, the best bunches are selected from the rows, with a view to being transported to the cellar. Here the grapes are subjected to a light pressing. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks. In the same containers the wine ages for 6 months, to then rest for another 3 months in the bottle. Onde Di Sole Grillo Terre Siciliane IGT is a white that can be appreciated immediately, even if it manages to reserve pleasant surprises after a couple of years.
