Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

Friuli Grave Pinot Grigio DOC is a white wine of extraordinary elegance, made by the Conte Brandolini d'Adda winery with techniques capable of reconciling tradition and innovation. The company, a point of reference in the Friulian wine scene, uses simple and eco-sustainable winemaking tools, aimed at limiting human intervention in the environment as much as possible. The cultivation of vines is favored by two fundamental elements, namely the mild climate and the clayey character of the soil. For Friuli Grave Pinot Grigio DOC, only one vine is used, Pinot Grigio in purity: it is a botanical variant of Pinot Nero, characterized by a particular coppery colour. After a harvest done by hand, the wine in question is left to refine for four months in steel. This gives Friuli Grave Pinot Grigio DOC a light, delicate body, but with a great personality; finesse and ethereal notes on the nose promise an elegant taste which then concludes in the mouth in the best way, with a long persistence; this does nothing but accentuate the remarkable refinement of the whole.
