Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

Friuli Grave Pinot Grigio Ramato DOC is a product of the Conte Brandolini d'Adda winery, located in the Vistorta area, in the province of Pordenone. The company is based on the principles of organic farming and therefore uses only and exclusively natural fertilizers and herbicides: this determines the absolute genuineness of the wines. For the Friuli Grave Pinot Grigio Ramato DOC, 100% Pinot Grigio grapes are used, which reach the perfect degree of ripeness thanks to the local climate and the soil particularly suitable for viticulture. The "copper" looks like a rosé wine, but it is not: it is a white "copper". It is obtained with maceration on the skins, longer than usual, of Pinot Grigio grapes, which having a naturally "copper" color, transfer this particular characteristic to the wine. Unfortunately very few producers maintain this original characteristic of the grape and prefer to vinify in white a grape that is not white. The vinification and aging of Friuli Grave Pinot Grigio Ramato DOC takes place entirely in steel, a material capable of preserving the overall freshness of the finished product. It is a balanced, harmonious coppery white, with a velvety body and a long, pleasant finish. It can be combined perfectly with fish as well as robust dishes of the regional tradition.
