Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured rosé wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

Pinot Noir Rosé is an original production of the Salviano Estate. The Salviano Estate is located in Umbria, occupying the opposite shores of Lake Corbara, for over two thousand hectares of land. The calcareous-clayey soil and the mild climate created by the lake create an ideal habitat for viticulture. Pinot Noir Rosé is produced exclusively from Pinot Noir vines, cultivated according to the rigorous canons of organic farming. The grapes are harvested manually starting from the last weeks of August; only the selected bunches are placed in the winemaking process. Without resorting to destemming, the harvest is crushed in a short time. The must obtained is subsequently destined for fermentation, which takes place in steel tanks at a low temperature. Once fermentation is complete, the wine spends about six months refining on the so-called noble lees. This process gives life to a fresh, fragrant, delicate and fruity rosé wine. It certainly has a good structure, excellent acidity and good persistence. In ideal combination with white meats.
