Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

Falanghina Ramì is the perfect interpreter of the peculiarities that distinguish the company that produces it, the Di Majo Norante farmhouse in Molise. By mixing the best quality Falanghina grapes with a small quantity of Fiano grapes, a white wine is born that combines authenticity and elegance. Sipping a glass of Falanghina Ramì means savoring the intensity of a Cru with a refined soul, which boasts the denomination of Molise DOC and which can be drunk young and fresh, without betraying the importance of its origins. Faithful mirror of a particular terroir, the one that coincides with the flat and sunny territories of Campomarino in Molise, it is an authoritative representative of a unique company philosophy of its kind at a regional level, which pursues the objective of producing modern wines starting from ancient vines . The grapes that make up the wine come from vines whose age exceeds 20 years, recovered and enhanced by the Di Majo Norante farm. The cultivation techniques follow the rules of organic viticulture and include only mineral and organic fertilizers.
