Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

The Reserve Bin 16A Adelaide Hills Chardonnay white wine from the Penfolds winery is obtained exclusively using Chardonnay grapes. The vineyards are located on the hills around the city of Adelaide, in Australia, and thanks to the ideal climate and the exceptional fertility of the soils, grapes of exceptional quality are produced. This winery has experienced constant evolution over the years, becoming a point of reference in the wine sector, but preserving artisan traditions in the production methods. To obtain the Reserve Bin 16A Adelaide Hills Chardonnay wine, meticulous attention is paid to the entire production cycle. The grapes are harvested by hand to select only the best bunches. After fermentation at a controlled temperature, we move on to maturation which takes place for a prolonged period in oak barrels in order to bring out all the characteristics. You get a refined, elegant and balanced wine, ready to drink, even as an aperitif.
