Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

The 976 Riserva del Fondatore Trento DOC Spumante Brut is one of the renowned and award-winning products of the Letrari company. The Letrari winery is based in Rovereto, in Trentino Alto Adige. Here, on rocky terrain and thanks to an ideal microclimate, vines of many different qualities are grown. The 976 Riserva del Fondatore Trento DOC Spumante Brut is made entirely from chardonnay and pinot noir vines, only in the most fortunate years. The harvest is rigorously done by hand, after which the harvest is transported to the cellar for a light pressing. Only the best part of the juice is taken and fermented, first in stainless steel tanks and then in oak barrels. The sparkling process takes place according to the classic method and, once bottled, it spends ninety-six months refining on selected yeasts. The finished product is immediately ready to be tasted; an excellent sparkling wine, lively and round, but with a full-bodied structure.
