The Rosato delle Ripalte Costa Toscana IGT wine of the Tenuta delle Ripalte winery can be considered one of the best productions of this winery which manages to perfectly combine technological innovation and artisan production techniques. To produce this wine, only Aleatico grapes are used, grown on the coasts of the island of Elba, where the structure of the soil and the mild climate allow for perfect ripening of the bunches. As for the production of the Rosato delle Ripalte Costa Toscana IGT wine , we start with the harvest done by hand, selecting only the ripest grapes. After a soft pressing, the must is fermented at a controlled temperature, before undergoing a period of aging in barrels.
