It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

Gewurztraminer Rutter Alto Adige DOC is an excellent white offered by the historic South Tyrolean winery Pfitscher, the company that since 1861 has handed down knowledge and knowledge of the local winemaking art from father to son. A terroir wine of considerable interest, which has obtained several awards from national and international critics, among the many there are also the four bunches of the Bibenda guide. This label originates from the Gewürztraminer grape vinified in purity from a selected vineyard in Egna, 300 meters above sea level. Gewurztraminer Rutter Alto Adige DOC is the result of a careful harvest carried out in mid-September. After harvesting, the bunches are transferred to the cellar, where they first undergo the maceration process, then the fermentation process. Subsequently, the wine is left to mature on the lees and is then bottled. The finished product is a refined white that stands out for its excellent longevity. An aromatic, fruity and perfectly balanced label, for a wine with an intense sip that is characterized by its long and persistent finish.
