Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

St. Martin Chablis is Domaine Laroche's most famous white wine. The Domaine Laroche is based in Chablis, in Burgundy, and covers about 130 hectares of land planted with Grand Cru and Premier Cru, the most suitable areas ever. From these flourishing vineyards comes the St Martin Chablis, produced from 100% chardonnay grapes; the cultivation of this vine is carried out only with sustainable methods, avoiding in any way the use of pesticides and herbicides that could alter the natural balance of grape growth. After the harvest that began in September, the grapes are transferred to the cellar, where the processing proceeds with the same philosophy: reducing human and artificial intervention to a minimum. Fermentation lasts fifteen days, while aging takes place in steel tanks, where the wine ages together with its sediments for about six months. Once filtered and bottled, the wine produced is a robust, mineral and particularly aromatic white. It is a wine that strikes for its intensity, character and persistence. It is fruity, floral and decisive: full of personality.
