Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

The Isola dei Nuraghi IGT Samas AgriPunica is a white wine capable of combining simplicity and exceptionality. With its pleasant and fresh drink, it brings into the glass the uniqueness of the territory in which it is born, i.e. the lower Sulcis, an area with a great wine vocation in the south-west area of Sardinia. In this portion of the island, where the sandy soils of the coastal area meet a mild and sunny climate, the grapes ripen beautifully, in full respect of nature. The result of a collaboration between world-renowned oenologists, among which the name of Giacomo Tachis stands out, the AgriPunica company has been operating in this extraordinary territory since 2002. The grapes that make up the Isola dei Nuraghi IGT come mainly from native vines. Harvested rigorously by hand, the bunches are processed with cryomaceration, a technique that uses ice to preserve and enhance the organoleptic qualities of the grapes in an exceptional way. The absence of clarifications and filtrations completes the profile of a wine that immediately conveys its extraordinary Sardinian identity.
