Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured rosé wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

Garda Classico Chiaretto DOC San Donino is an excellent rosé offered by the prestigious Lombard winery Podere Selva Capuzza, which produced it for the first time back in 1962. A full-bodied rosé that has received several favorable reviews from critics in the sector. Much appreciated by the Gambero Rosso guide, this wine is made from a blend composed of Groppello grapes (70%), Marzemino (10%), Sangiovese (10%) and Barbera (10%), fruit of vines from the Borgo San Donino vineyard . Garda Classico Chiaretto DOC San Donino is the result of a careful harvest done by hand, at the end of which the grapes are transferred to the cellar, where they undergo a work of crushing and destemming, after which the must is left to macerate for a few hours. At this point the wine first follows the fermentation process, then a maturation in steel which lasts until the month of January. The finished product is a soft and particularly ductile label. A wine with a fresh sip, which emerges for its soft, light, delicate, fragrant finish, in perfect combination with white meats or lake fish.
