Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

Saxum Alto Adige DOC is one of the best expressions of South Tyrolean Sauvignon Blanc. Produced by the winery, Pfitscher, a family with seven generations of winemakers behind it. This wine, made exclusively with Sauvignon Blanc grapes, comes from mountain soils rich in limestone and clay. The Pfitschers work on steep vineyards of glacial origin at an altitude of 900 meters in the municipality of Fiè allo Sciliar, in the province of Bolzano. In a glass of Saxum Alto Adige DOC there is all the strength and minerality of this exceptional terroir with ideal climatic conditions and splendid natural landscapes. After a light pressing, the wine is fermented in steel barrels at a controlled temperature of 18° degrees. This white has received many Italian and international awards. It combines ready drinkability and a complex structure, ideal for accompanying a meal with friends.
