'Schioppettino' Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC Bastianich 2022

Schioppettino Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC is a red wine produced by the well-known Friulian Bastianich winery, owned by the well-known entrepreneur and television personality Joe Bastianich. Made 100% from native Schioppettino grapes, this red is vinified following a long operation of destemming and soft pressing. After a fermentation, which takes place in twenty-five days, the Schioppettino Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC is aged for seven months in steel tanks. The soils from which it comes to life are sandstone, calcareous and rich in clays. The quality of the wine also derives from the company's production system, attentive to respect for the environment, the ecosystem and the characteristics of the territory. Perfect and ideal to accompany cheerful dinners with friends, the red from the Bastianich winery is a wine with a strong character. The unique profile is expressed with fullness in the mouth.
