Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

The white Lugana DOC Selva is one of the most important labels of the historic Lombard Selva Capuzza agricultural company. The company founded in 1908 by Count Bonmartini is now successfully managed by the Formentini family, active in viticulture for four generations. Strengthened by several awards from critics in the sector, including that of the Gambero Rosso guide, this wine takes shape from the vinification of 100% Trebbiano di Lugana (Turbiana) grapes, the fruit of ripe bunches of vines grown between 110 meters and 125 meters above sea level, in hilly terrain rich in stones and clay. Lugana DOC Selva originates from a manual harvest of the grapes in crates, after which they are transferred to the cellar, where they are subjected to a soft pressing process, then the must is clarified, followed by the fermentation process in steel on selected yeasts. Finally, the wine is bottled in winter and matured in glass until spring. The finished product is a full-bodied white. A very savory label, for a wine with a fresh and pleasant sip.
