Champagne Rosè Brut "Theodorine" by Michel Loriot is composed of a blend of the 3 main grapes with which the French bubble is made: we find the fruity notes of Pinot Meunier, the floral and fruity ones of Chardonnay and the full-bodied structure of Pinot Noir. vinification in rosé gives a romantic color, but also a certain substance to the wine. Let's not forget the greatest connoisseurs of champagne (and more generally of sparkling wines) prefer the rosé versions, where obviously the Pinot component (Black and/or Meunier) prevails. It is therefore fragrant, with a good body and excellent persistence. A decisive and at the same time elegant wine, with a very fine perlage and a sustained acidity that portends good longevity.
