Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

Tralivio Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC Classico Superiore is a white wine produced by the Sartarelli winery in the Marche region. It is obtained from the single-variety vinification of Verdicchio grapes, a native vine very representative of the area. The vines have an average age of thirty years and rise about 300 meters above sea level, in the Poggio San Marcello area. Here the calcareous soils and the breezes that blow from the nearby Adriatic Sea help to create a favorable environment right up to the harvest, with manual selection of the bunches. Once in the cellar, the grapes are softly pressed and then left to ferment spontaneously in steel tanks. The wine remains in the same containers for about 10 months, to continue refining in glass for another 8 months after bottling. Perfect immediately, Tralivio Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC Classico Superiore can pleasantly surprise even after 2-3 years of rest in the cellar.
