Description

Traminer Aromatico Friuli Grave DOC is a white that comes from a careful selection of grapes and a rigorous vinification protocol carried out in full compliance with the Friulian winemaking traditions, of which the Conte Brandolini D'Adda farm and its oenologist Georges Pauli are staunch supporters. This interesting label takes shape from the processing of 100% Traminer Aromatico grapes, the fruit of organically cultivated vineyards on a clayey and gravel-rich soil, which enjoy the good influence of a climate that is characterized by its hot and windy summers. This terroir white comes from a harvest carried out between the end of August and the beginning of September. Once harvested, the grapes are transferred to the cellar, where they are first crushed and destemmed, then softly pressed. A fermentation on the skins follows. Subsequently, the Traminer Aromatico Friuli Grave DOC is aged in steel for 4 months. The finished product is an aromatic and harmonious label. A white with a rich and complex sip, for a soft and fresh wine. Very rich, on an olfactory and gustatory level, but never opulent. This elegance is due to its acidic component and the soils in which to grow. A particular label, outside the canons of Alto Adige for which we know it, exciting, prepared to remain in the cellar for a few years to age and evolve. Interesting.
