'Vaillons' Chablis Premier Cru Domaine Serving

Vaillons Chablis Premier Cru is an excellent white wine produced by the French house Domaine Servin . This label is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, an international variety that has become the symbol of the denomination over the years. The vines are grown exclusively in the prized Vaillons parcel which gives its name to the wine, of which the company owns a plot of just over two hectares. In the vineyards there are plants that are twenty-five years old and draw the maximum benefit from the mineral composition of the soil, capable of giving a complex sensory profile to the bunches. Once the harvest is complete, the vinification begins with spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with the aid of steel containers equipped with systems to regulate the temperature. Even the refinement involves the use of steel, a material that allows to preserve the extraordinary minerality of the grapes. Vaillons Chablis Premier Cru boasts the potential to evolve further, if carefully stored in the cellar, up to 4 or 5 years.
