Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description

The "Venezia Giulia Rosso IGT "Vespa Rosso" 2013 - Bastianich" wine is the most famous of the Bastianich red berried wines; a Venezia Giulia IGT which is produced with international and native vines: Merlot, with its 50%, is the most present vine, but what makes its characteristics unique is Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso which with its 30% gives the wine an intense important aroma; finally the Cabernet vine both in the 15% Sauvignon variant and in the 5% Franc variant. Its characteristics make it an excellent wine, elegant, sumptuous, intense and fragrant, but it is enhanced with meat main courses and in particular with roasts and grilled red meat.
