Yamada Abruzzo Pecorino DOC is a white wine produced by Cantina Zaccagnini. The family-run winery has been operating in the province of Pescara for more than forty years. The name of the Pescara white immediately reveals the territory from which it comes. Yamada is, in fact, a Japanese term which literally means mountain field. Vinified and left to mature rigorously in steel tanks, Yamada Abruzzo Pecorino has all the typical characteristics of pecorino. One of the elements that distinguish this wine is the fact that it is produced by adopting a particular winemaking technique, namely cryomaceration. When we talk about Yamada Abruzzo Pecorino from the Zaccagnini winery, we are referring to a fresh, intense and pleasantly balanced wine. It is advisable to consume it within the year following the one in which it is produced as it is possible to better appreciate its characteristics. A white wine that will hardly disappoint your aperitifs.
