Description
The Diamond Collection Red Label California Zinfandel is one of the red wines of Francis Ford Coppola Winery. The Francis Ford Coppola Winery is located in California, in the county of Napa Valley; a land of excellent wine production, Napa County is home to the best vines in North America. The Diamond Collection Red Label California Zinfandel is the result of 79% zinfandel, and 21% petit sirah. These vines are grown exclusively with organic viticulture techniques; subsequently the grapes are transferred to the cellar, where the winemaking process takes place. The Diamond Collection Red Label California Zinfandel, before being bottled, undergoes a refinement process in French oak barrels for about ten months. To be enjoyed in the fullness of its aromas and perfumes, it is necessary to wait two more years after bottling. What you get at the end is an intense and full-bodied red, round and soft, with toasted and slightly vanilla notes. Very intriguing.
