Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass

Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description

From the collaboration of two families who have contributed to making the history of wine, with the intention of consolidating the happy commercial relationship and the friendship that has been created over 15 years, 385 was born, a reality created by Ciacci Piccolomini d'Aragona and Gruppo Meregalli with Fertuna Estate . The company's headquarters are 385 meters above sea level , precisely in Castelnuovo dell'Abate in the municipality of Montalcino, in the 17th century Bishop's palace, historic address of Ciacci Piccolomini d'Aragona. It is the name of a company born to produce a few references by combining the friendship and know-how of the Bianchini family and the Meregalli family through their production companies, Ciacci Piccolomini d'Aragona in Montalcino and Tenuta Fertuna in Maremma .
385 IGT Toscana Rosso wants to be a quality wine, fresh and fragrant, characteristics that young wine enthusiasts are looking for today, a wine that wants in all respects to express its Tuscan soul and does so by combining the excellence of two of the best areas to the cultivation of Sangiovese , Montalcino and Maremma, or rather the backbone of 385. The idea comes from two families who have for years had an excellent understanding both commercially and personally. With the inclusion of the new generations, the desire to create a new project was born to further consolidate relationships, with the aim of producing a "4 hands" wine, thus combining experience and skills, with the conviction of being able to offer the market something new while respecting history and tradition.
