'448 slm Rosé' Vineyards of the Dolomites IGT Girlan 2022

The 448 slm Rosé Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT wine from the Girlan winery stands out for its elegance and excellent structure. The production of this wine is based on a perfect blend of Lagrein, Pinot Nero and Schiava grapes grown on the hills of the Dolomites area, where the soils rich in mineral salts and the strong temperature ranges allow the grapes to ripen perfectly. Furthermore, the cellar combines artisan methods of production with modern technologies. To produce the 448 slm Rosato Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT wine , a harvest is carried out which includes a careful selection of the bunches which then macerate for 12 hours on the skins. Fermentation takes place in steel so that the three grapes are able to keep the properties unaltered: the Laigren for the structure, the Pinot Noir to give elegance and the Schiava to give the light aromas. In this way an intense and really pleasant to drink rosé wine is obtained.
