Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

Champagne Brut Agrapart 7 Crus is produced in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, in Pascal Agrapart's cellar. The origin of the cellar dates back to 1894 when the great-grandfather of the current owners decided to start cultivating vineyards. The company's philosophy is based on the desire to take part in each stage of production, from the harvesting of the grapes to their complete evolution. It is made from Chardonnay grapes, typical of the chalky area they come from. An ideal territory for vineyards which brings that world-famous uniqueness to Champagne. To reach the top, the Champagne Brut Agrapart 7 Crus remains on the lees for 3 years with the malolactic fermentation completed. It should be drunk rigorously cold to better appreciate its qualities, elegance and classic sapidity, that unmistakable taste so widely appreciated.
