    The Bordeaux region is located on the French Atlantic coast; the environmental and climatic characteristics, unique in the world, make it one of the most famous and important regions for the production of quality wines. It is precisely in this area that the most imitated model of oenology originated, not only for the production of red wines , but also of botrytized or botrytized wines, ie Sauternes . In this area we also find the production of 2 extraordinary distillates: Cognac and Armagnac .
