Description
Slow pace PGI is a red wine produced by the Apulian Vecchia Torre winery. The quality of this red is marked by the passion, dedication and collaboration that have characterized the Salento winery for more than fifty years. It is obtained from Shiraz/Syrah and Negroamaro grapes. The particularity of this wine lies in the fact that it fully represents the territory from which it comes. In fact, the vine that gives it life is native. This characteristic affects and marks the organoleptic peculiarities of the red wine from the Vecchia Torre cellar. It is a structured and full-bodied wine, perfect to accompany excellent lunches and dinners. It is a wine that envelops the palate sip after sip, with its soft and harmonious taste. An intense purple-red wine that heralds the aromas of ripe fruit and carob. Suitable for those looking for full-bodied, intense and structured red wines. Excellent value for money.
