Abelos Frascati Superiore DOCG is a wine that is born in the De Sanctis cellar in Frascati. The company, of very ancient origins, cultivates the plants according to the organic method in order to give all the products greater authenticity. The grapes come from the Malvasia Puntinata and Bombino Bianco vines, grown on lands located in the South/East at 250 meters above sea level and of volcanic origin. After the accurate harvest, the grapes are subjected to cold maceration for a few hours. Subsequently, the fermentation takes place in steel containers for a period of 20 days and then the refinement takes place again in steel for 6 months. The bottling phase provides for the minimum addition of sulphites and, finally, we proceed with the marketing. Abelos Frascati Superiore DOCG is a soft and enveloping wine, which is well suited for immediate drinking, but can evolve in the cellar for 3 years before being tasted.
