The Spumante Portofino Metodo Classico Brut called "Abissi" is an excellent sparkling wine produced with Bianchetta Genovese, Vermentino and Cimixia grapes. A masterpiece of taste and freshness obtained with the Classic Method in Trigoso, in the splendid province of Levante Liguria, where the proximity to the sea and the excellent climate allow rich and fragrant harvests. This Spumante is produced with a controlled temperature fermentation and an aging in bottle for 26 months. Its absolute peculiarity lies in the name "Abissi" which derives from the refinement that is carried out in the sea, under water.
