Description
Adènzia Sicilia DOC is an enveloping and delicately tannic red wine, given by the union of Nero d'Avola, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. These vines, located in the province of Agrigento, are grown on hilly terrain with a chalky and calcareous character. The production cellar is the Baglio del Cristo company in Campobello , where the philosophy of innovation combines perfectly with the ancient traditions, always aiming to obtain quality products. The harvest is done manually between the second and third ten days of September. The label is vinified in red with maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature, then transferred for aging in large barrels for about twelve months, finally passed into the bottle for another thirteen. Adènzia Sicilia DOC is an intense wine ready to drink immediately, however it can remain to mature its aromas in the cellar for a few more years with great satisfaction.
