'Aimè' Gewurztraminer Alto Adige DOC Girlan 2022

From the experience of the more than 200 members that make up the Girlan winery , high quality wines of refined elegance are born, such as the Girlan Aimé Alto Adige Gewurtztraminer Doc . The company takes its name from the homonymous locality where the main treated vines are grown. The vine that gives rise to this wine is 100% Gewurtztraminer, grown in the Cornaiano, Egna and Mazzon areas. The cool and sunny climate and the clay rate present in the soil ensure a raw material of the highest level. After the harvest, done exclusively by hand, the best grapes are taken to the cellar and left to cold macerate. This is followed by the pressing of the whole bunch and the fermentation of the must in stainless steel tanks. The production process ends with an aging of 6 months in steel. The result is a strongly aromatic, harmonious and balanced white wine. A rich and intense wine, juicy and absolutely irresistible.
