Akelum Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Spumante Extra Dry is produced by Andreola , a company of Valdobbiadene winemakers with great experience and deeply rooted in the Veneto region. This sparkling wine is the result of the processing of 100% Glera grapes from vines of a hilly area where the climate is made perfect by constant ventilation and where not excessively hot days alternate with decidedly cooler night temperatures. Akelum should not be considered a simple sparkling wine, but the whole of a real production philosophy which provides for the highest quality of the grapes used in winemaking and the right balance between ancient traditions of manual processing and modern technologies. It is a sparkling wine with a delicate and elegant bouquet, harmonious and balanced, pleasant to drink, and suitable for any occasion, as an aperitif or as a wine for the whole meal.
