'Al Passo del Leone' Bianco Dolomiti IGT Alois Lageder 2021

The Al Passo del Leone Bianco Dolomiti IGT wine is made and offered by the Alois Lageder winery , one of the most important Italian companies in South Tyrol. His particular philosophy is to create products in which it is possible to find, in every sip and bottle, the qualities of the territory and the personal expression of all the people who work on the estate. The winery collaborates with various winegrowers (conferers) scattered throughout the South Tyrolean territory for a total of 110 hectares of vineyards, while it owns fifty hectares. A very important feature of the company is its sustainable management and production, attentive to the territory and its natural needs; it is also linked to the dictates of biodynamics. Al Passo del Leone Bianco Dolomiti IGT is a delicate white wine made with Müller Thurgau and Pinot Grigio grapes, grown on sandy and calcareous soils. During production, the method of spontaneous fermentation on the lees is used, and then aged in steel for about four months. A truly sincere and extremely drinkable wine.
