'Alanera' Rosso Veneto IGT Zenato 2019

Alanera Rosso Veneto IGT is an intense and structured red wine from the Veronese winery Zenato , a production reality committed to exploring all the potential of Valpolicella. The label is obtained from a blend that includes the native grapes typical of the denomination such as Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone, to which are added small percentages of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. All the varieties are grown on the Costalunga vineyard, where the vines enjoy particularly favorable conditions for producing grapes with perfect sugar concentration. Once fully ripe, the healthiest bunches are carefully harvested by hand. When they arrive in the cellar, the grapes are pressed and subsequently fermented in stainless steel tanks. It is aged for at least one year in large wooden barrels. Already excellent after bottling, Alanera Rosso Veneto IGT is a wine that reserves the best surprises for those who wait a couple of years.
