The hills around Castagneto Carducci, in fact, are mainly dedicated to the cultivation of black berried grapes. Instead, Vermentino, symbol of the freshest, most aromatic and mineral Tuscan wines, manages to find optimal conditions to produce vigorous plants on these lands. Thanks to the skilful work carried out between the rows, the Vermentino grapes are selected to be vinified alone. With a view to preserving the varietal characteristics of the vine as much as possible, each winemaking process involves the exclusive use of steel, also for refinement.
