Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Albana Secco Romagna DOCG is a white wine with intense aromas produced by the historic Zavalloni winery. The label is obtained from the single-variety vinification of grapes of the native Albana variety, which boast an unmistakable aromatic profile. On the vineyards, the thirty-year-old vines find the perfect conditions to grow vigorously. From the minerals present in the substrate to the microclimate: working among the rows protects these favorable factors by limiting human intervention. Once the harvest is completed with manual sorting, a cryomaceration process begins in the cellar which extracts all the aromas from the grapes and skins. The subsequent alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers at low temperatures. The refinement of about 4 months requires direct contact with the fine lees. Albana Secco Romagna DOCG is a ready-to-drink white, designed to be best appreciated within 2-3 years of bottling.
