'Alladio' Langhe Nebbiolo DOC Bera Valter 2020

Alladio Langhe Nebbiolo DOC is a red wine made by the Bera Valter winery, which stands out in the Langhe area for its successful entrepreneurial history. Obtained from the exclusive vinification of Nebbiolo grapes, this product fully represents the philosophy of the winery, which aims to faithfully respect the peculiarities that the fruits acquire thanks to the favorable conditions of these lands. In fact, on over thirty hectares of vineyards, the company cultivates vines that manage to achieve excellent results by virtue of the climate and exposure. After a careful harvest, the work in the cellar continues in an extremely meticulous way with an initial maceration on the skins which lasts about a week. The subsequent refinement lasts a good twenty-four months and takes place inside large wooden barrels, which give Alladio Langhe Nebbiolo DOC its extraordinary softness and elegance. Thanks to the characteristics of the production process and the specific characteristics of the grapes, this red wine boasts considerable aging potential.
