Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

Description
Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG is a very elegant red wine, produced by the Venetian winery Quintarelli . It is obtained from a blend that includes various red berried varieties, mainly including Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. All the vines are cultivated with great skill on calcareous and volcanic soils. From mid-September onwards, the harvest is scheduled with manual selection of the best bunches. Once in the loft, the grapes are left to dry until January, when the maceration on the skins takes place for about 20 days. Alcoholic fermentation follows, which lasts for a month and a half. The long aging lasts 7 years and takes place in Slavonian oak barrels. Perfect right from the start, Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG can give extraordinary sensations after resting for more than ten years.
