It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

Amarone Monte Lodoletta Romano is a red wine with character, intense and unmistakable. It is produced by the Dal Forno winery using 60% Corvina grapes, 20% Rondinella grapes, 10% Oseleta grapes and 10% Croatina grapes. These four grape varieties with a unique flavor after the harvest are left to dry until winter when the pressing is performed. The aging takes place in new barriques and then the wine is left to rest for two years before being placed on the market. It is a persuasive red, both on the nose and on the palate, a great wine appreciated nationally and also famous abroad. The Cantina Dal Forno has long been renowned for its professionalism and experience in the wine sector. Its peculiarity lies mainly in the ability to cultivate vines and produce wine, based on quality rather than quantity. Today its wine production is also appreciated abroad and the Cantina Dal Forno has obtained a first-rate place in international enology.
