'Anna' Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOC Tiefenbrunner 2020

Anna Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOC is a fragrant white wine produced by the South Tyrolean winery Tiefenbrunner . This label is the result of the single-variety vinification of Pinot Bianco grapes, a variety that lends itself to giving excellent results on the limestone-rich Dolomite lands. The bunches come from vineyards that boast different conditions. Located between 200 and 600 meters above sea level facing south and south-east, the vines produce grapes with variable sugar concentrations. Once they have reached maturity, the bunches are collected and transported to the cellar. Here the vinification begins with the alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. This is followed by refinement for 7 months, which takes place for half of the lots in large oak barrels, while for the remaining half in steel vats. Anna Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOC is an excellent wine already after bottling, but can be stored for up to 3 years in the cellar.
