'Annamaria Clementi' Franciacorta Riserva DOCG Dosage Zero Ca' del Bosco 2013 Boxed

Ca' del Bosco Annamaria Clementi is the Franciacorta reserve that is born exclusively in the best years, starting from the 55% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Bianco and 20% Pinot Nero vines. The grapes are the result of the meticulous selection of the various estate crus, located on the hilly lands of Franciacorta. A long-aging sparkling wine, it has the symbolic value of homage to the homonymous matriarch of the Ca' del Bosco winery in Erbusco. Only the first pressing musts are vinified separately in seasoned oak barriques. In the spring following the harvest, the best barrels of the base wines are assembled. The slow refinement continues in the bottle, with a further permanence on the lees for more than eight years. Oxygen-free disgorgement and zero dosage preserve purity and longevity. The Annamaria Clementi Ca' del Bosco cuvée is offered in a prestigious bottle with an embroidered fabric collar. The label, in the nuances of the local stone, is made of natural fibers, which recall the adoption of the organic protocol and arouse tactile sensations.
