Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description
Barbaresco DOCG Riserva Asili is an elegant and structured red wine from the Produttori del Barbaresco winery, one of the best known production realities of the denomination. It is obtained from the vinification of grapes of the native Nebbiolo variety. On the plots that give the label its name, the substrate boasts unique characteristics that create an ideal environment for viticulture. The soils rich in sand, limestone and clay and the south-west exposure ensure optimal conditions for the vines up to the moment of the traditional harvest. The harvest involves a manual selection of the best bunches. Upon arrival in the cellar, the grapes are fermented in steel vats with maceration on the skins for 4 weeks. The long aging takes place in large oak barrels, where the wine remains for 3 years and then rests for another 6 months in the bottle. Barbaresco DOCG Riserva Asili is a red wine capable of giving great satisfaction even after 6-7 years of careful conservation.
