The Nobile di Montepulciano "Asinone" is an excellent red wine produced by the Poliziano winery with the use of selected Prugnolo gentile (Sangiovese) grapes at 90% and Colorino and Merlot at 10%. A red with a unique character in terms of structure and intensity. It takes its name from a vineyard known as "Asinone" where lush bunches grow with the best quality potential of the grapes. This Nobile di Montepulciano red represents the best expression of production and the perfect synthesis between tradition, territory and enological innovation. The wine is left to mature for about 18 months in French oak barriques before being refined in the bottle and marketed.
