Asti Spumante Bera Valter is perfect for a simple sweet aperitif or as an accompaniment to a dessert, it can be considered the wine for celebrations, to be opened during special occasions, to toast with cheerful company. The balance between acidity and sweetness makes it unique in its kind, not cloying at all and very pleasant even for the most demanding palates. The vineyards from which Asti Spumante Bera Valter comes are of Moscato Bianco and ripen in an ideal environment, nourished by a subsoil rich in limestone which gives this wine a light note of minerality. A very persistent foam and a rich, fine and continuous perlage introduce intense aromas of sage and orange blossom. But despite everything, it cannot be considered an exclusively sweet and aromatic wine and, precisely for this reason, it is perfect for any occasion: it can be safely drunk both before and after dinner, or during any festive and convivial occasion.
